These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zena, including the Zena website, applications, products, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by ZENACLUB TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Zena”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority, and otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract, under the laws applicable to you. The Service is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted under applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. About the Service
Zena provides an AI-based astrology experience. Depending on the information you provide, the Service may generate a personalized birth chart (kundli), respond to your questions through an AI astrologer, and provide astrology-related content and insights.
The Service is provided for guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Zena does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on the Service as such. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.
3. Your Account
- You may be required to register using your mobile number and verify it (for example, through a one-time password) to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including birth details used to generate astrology content, and to keep it updated.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free Trial and Subscriptions
- Zena may offer eligible users a 1-day trial period for its subscription services.
- Unless cancelled before the end of the 1-day trial period, the trial will automatically convert into the applicable paid subscription, and the subscription fee will be charged using the payment method provided at the time of starting the trial.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the plan selected by you, unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
- You are responsible for cancelling your trial or subscription before the applicable renewal or billing date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment provider's own terms. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase. We may modify subscription plans, pricing, features, or trial terms from time to time, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any part of the Service except as permitted by law;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent; or
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
7. Your Content and Inputs
You retain ownership of the information and content you provide, including your birth details and the messages you send. You grant Zena a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store this information as necessary to operate and provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and generated content (other than the inputs you provide), is owned by or licensed to ZENACLUB TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, applications, payment providers, or platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any astrology content, prediction, or insight is accurate, reliable, or will produce any particular outcome. Astrology content is provided for entertainment and reflection only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZENACLUB TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZENACLUB TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time where reasonably necessary, including for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described on our Account Deletion page. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, survive termination.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
